Signature Global to Raise ₹875 Cr via NCDs for Debt Refinancing & Expansion

Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global plans to raise up to ₹875 crore through secured, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement, as approved by its board.
Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal confirmed that ₹450 crore will be used to refinance existing debt, while the remainder will support the company’s business expansion plans. The fundraise is expected to conclude by the end of August, subject to shareholders’ approval, which will be sought via a postal ballot.
The board has also approved resolutions for enhancing borrowing and security limits, along with amending the Articles of Association.
Signature Global, once focused on affordable housing, is now targeting mid-income and premium segments due to rising land costs in Gurugram. The company achieved ₹10,290 crore in sales bookings in FY24-25, ranking fifth among listed real estate developers, and is eyeing ₹12,500 crore in pre-sales for the current fiscal.
