Sharika Enterprises Appoints Shyama Prasad Mukherjee as Independent Director
Sharika Enterprises has appointed Shyama Prasad Mukherjee as an Independent Director. Mr. Mukherjee brings over 36 years of industry experience and holds degrees from IIT Roorkee and IIT Bombay, along with an MBA from IGNOU. He is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer.
Mr. Rajinder Kaul, Chairman & Managing Director of Sharika Enterprises Ltd., welcomed Mr. Mukherjee to the Board. He said, “We are excited to have Mr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee join our Board.
