Shapoorji sharpens plans for 80-mn sq ft realty space
The property development arm of the Shapoorji Pallonji, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, in a newest move has decided to construct residential real estate projects covering a space worth 80 million square feet in the near future, said chief executive of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Venkatesh Gopalkrishnan, elaborating that the plans to build 80-mn space is the highest volume of launch for any property developer in the country. In fact, the company will launch 25 million-30 million square feet each time in a phased manner and all these projects are destined to be completed in the next three years said.
