Shapoorji Pallonji plans 3 realty projects in NCR

Adding to its project portfolio in the NCR’s real estate sector, Shapoorji Pallonji has planned to construct three real estate projects on the Northern Peripheral Road in Gurgaon, said CEO, adding that the company was looking to launch these projects in and around the national capital for the past 6 to 7 years but were able to acquire land only recently. This is also so because in the NCR market, land prices have recently gone down drastically. The company currently has two land parcels in the Gurgaon area and for the construction of new projects, it has set up a company called Joyville and under that banner it is coming up with projects with a ticket size of Rs 60-70 lakh. On the same road, it is planning to launch another project in the range of Rs 90 lakh and above and both the projects are being launched in the next few months. On the other hand it also owned a land parcel in Noida where the company is launching a project very shortly, he claimed.
