SECR floats tenders for ₹307-cr Anuppur-Katni line

South East Central Railway
The South East Central Railway has floated tenders for works on Anuppur-Katni third line in Madhya Pradesh where the scope of work includes execution of earthwork in formation, construction of major and minor bridges, supply of machine crushed stone ballast, transportation of platform materials, welding and other allied works entailing an investment of ₹162 crore. In addition, the works will also be carried out between Singhpur-Badhwabara and Mudaria-Karkeli (excluding) in connection with construction of Anuppur-Katni third line of Bilaspur division entailing an investment of ₹145.1 crore. The projects are to be completed in 21 months. Apart from this, works will also be carried out between Karkeli-Lorha and Chandia Road-New Katni (excluding) in connection with construction of Anuppur-Katni third line of Bilaspur division to be completed in a period of 24 months.
