Sadbhav Engineering
Pushing the pace of project delivery in the road sector, NHAI has declared the Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects as the lowest bidder for the four laning of Tumkur -Shivamogga section starting from Banwara to Bettadahalli of NH-206 on Hybrid Annuity Model under NHDP Phase-IV. The road project, which is located in Karnataka, entailed an investment of Rs.1,008 crore and its bid price is at a discount of around 7% to Rs.933.82 crore. The discount in bid price could be an indication of aggressive bidding, led by an increase in competition. The construction period for the project commanding a length of 48.52-km, is 730 days and the operation period is 15 years, said an official spokesperson that the company’s portfolio consisted of 18 projects, which includes 10 BOT projects and 7 under Hybrid Annuity Model, as of quarter third of the current fiscal.
