S Infra achieves financial closer for road project
In a bid to fast track the construction work on the four-laning of (Package-III) Tumkur-Shivamogga section from km. 121 +900 (Banwara) to km. 170+415 (Bettadahalli) of NH-206 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NHDP Phase-IV in Karnataka, Sadbhav Infrastructure Project's wholly owned subsidiary — Sadbhav Tumkur Highway (STHPL) - has achieved financial closure and submitted draft financing documents to NHAI. The company has completed its obligation with respect to financial close of its all twelve Hybrid Annuity projects. These projects have already received appointed date for 8 projects as one of the leading road BOT companies in India that specializes in the development, operation and maintenance of highways, roads and allied infrastructure projects.
