RVNL Secures ₹156 Cr EPC Contract from South Western Railway

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has won a ₹156.35 crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from South Western Railway.

The project involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 2x25 kV overhead equipment (OHE) and power supply installations (PSI) system. OHE supplies electricity to trains, while PSI powers remote equipment. The contract also includes electrical general services, engineering, and telecommunication works between Rayadurga and Topavagada in the TK-RDG section.
