Rustomjee to Develop Data Centers in Mumbai Amid AI Boom

Rustomjee, a brand under Keystone Realtors, plans to enter the data center market by developing facilities across five million sq. ft. in Thane, Mumbai, capitalizing on the growing demand driven by artificial intelligence (AI). The property developer is seeking a strategic or financial partner for the venture.

Rustomjee currently has a residential township in Thane, in which Singapore’s Keppel Land holds a 49% stake.
