UP govt announces Rs 200-cr Lakshman Path construction in Ayodhya
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced the construction of Lakshman Path, a new road in Ayodhya, costing Rs 200 crore. As the completion of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple nears, the state is expediting the four-lane connection to Ayodhya. Currently, the 13-km-long Ram Path between Naya Ghat and Sahadatganj is under construction. The upcoming Lakshman Path, with an 18-meter width, is part of the state's broader strategy. The project follows the completion of Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path, and Dharma Path, with a comprehensive action plan in place. Construction will begin upon.
