IRB Infrastructure signs concession agreement for Lalitpur Lakhnadon Stretch on NH44
IRB Infrastructure's project SPV, IRB Lalitpur Tollway, has signed a Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) Concession Agreement with NHAI for the Lalitpur Lakhnadon stretch on NH44 in Madhya Pradesh. The agreement involves tolling, operations, maintenance, and transfer of the four-lane Lalitpur-Sagar-Lakhnadon section covering 316 km. The upfront concession fee of Rs. 4,428 Crores will be paid to NHAI for a revenue-linked concession period of 20 years. Commencing from the Appointed Date, tolling and O&M activities will be integral to the project.
