Ashoka Buildcon bags cross country road contracts

Ashoka Buildcon, a major player in infrastructure building, has secured two important road contracts. The first contract worth $80.2 million has been awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges (MORTB), Government of Bangladesh. The company has received a Notification of Award (NoA) for the improvement of Baraiyerhat - Heanko - Ramgarh Road. The scope of work for this project includes road widening and reconstruction of existing pavements.

In addition, Ashoka Buildcon has also secured a road project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Bharatmala Pariyojna in Telangana. The scope of work for this contract includes designing, engineering, building, financing, procurement, construction, development, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the road. The company has received a provisional certificate for 37.92 km of the total project highway length of 39.980 km.
