RLDA Invites Bids for Leasing Office Spaces at Safdarjung Railway Station

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has announced bids for leasing office spaces at the Operational Building of Safdarjung Railway Station, located under the Northern Railway's Delhi Division.

A total of 8,871 sqm of office space is available, with 4,297 sqm on the first floor and 4,574 sqm on the second floor. The lease term is 60 years, with a reserve price of ₹153.10 crore for the first floor and ₹162.97 crore for the second floor.
