In an attempt to improve its credibility and regain buyers trust again the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) plans to launch luxury apartments for the higher income group (HIG) on PPP model at Aravali Path in Mansarovar area of the state. In a preliminary meeting, developers were asked to submit a proposal for the project, which will cover about two hectares of land. As per the proposal, the developer will have to repay the cost of land in four installments (while strictly adhering to the laid down norms to deliver quality structures), after selling the apartments. An official source said that land will be given to the bidder who will provide maximum share to RHB and will be awarded the construction work.
