Radius Developers, which is a global luxury real estate brand, had tied up with developer Rohan Lifescapes for its maiden India project but at a later stage, Trump moved out of the project as it could not take off due to pending approvals. The project has now been revised with two towers proposed with 25 and 33 floors, respectively. Rohan Lifespaces has already secured initial approvals for the project and construction of the project is expected to be commenced very shortly, they added.
