Adding yet another project to its existing project portfolio in the country’s rail sector, Punj Lloyd a renewed infra builder of the country has recently won an EPC contract from railway worth Rs 478 crore for carrying work on the 108.75 km rail length in the state of Rajasthan. The scope of work in the contract pertained to be doubling tracks between Phulera - Degana in Rajasthan for which the contract was awarded by North Western Railway. The scope .also entailed composite works of construction of 2nd railway line with civil infrastructure work, track work, signaling and telecommunication work, claimed an official spokesperson of the company.
