Prayagraj Airport Set for Major Expansion

Prayagraj Airport is undergoing rapid expansion and will soon become the first in Uttar Pradesh to feature six aerobridges. The airport's capacity has significantly increased, allowing it to serve 2,000 passengers daily.

This year, the terminal's capacity was upgraded from 350 to 850 passengers, enhancing passenger handling efficiency. Additionally, a new taxiway has been constructed to connect the main runway to the terminal, improving operational convenience and boosting the airport's overall infrastructure.
