Prateek Group Launches Affordable Housing Project in Ghaziabad

Prateek Group has launched Prateek Aurelia in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, under the Uttar Pradesh Government's Township Policy. The project, part of the larger 40-acre Prateek Grand City township, is designed for EWS and LIG families with prices starting at ₹5.35 lakh and ₹12.58 lakh, respectively. The developer has invested ₹125 crore in the project, which offers amenities such as two-wheeler parking, green spaces, a multipurpose room, children's play area, and more, catering to the needs of residents.
