One-week online faculty program on Performance of Engineering Structures Under Extreme Loading from 8th to 13th June 2020

Department of Civil Engineering, Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology (Autonomous), Hyderabad is organizing a One Week Faculty Development Program on “PERFORMANCE OF ENGINEERING STRUCTURES UNDER EXTREME LOADING (PESUEL-2020)" in association with TASK-Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, Indian Concrete Institute-Hyderabad & Bangalore Chapters, Smart Infrastructure Engineering Services Trust, Bentley Institute and Capricot. NBM&CW is the official media partner.

This program is aimed at faculty and research scholars from State/Central/Private Universities, Engineering Colleges, and Industry personnel. The main objective of this FDP is to disseminate the knowledge on the performance of structures subjected to seismic, wind, blast, and impact loadings. Various materials used, techniques adopted, simulation procedures, case studies of structures subjected to extreme loading will be discussed in detail.
