NHAI Plans Solar Panels & Public Utilities on Delhi-Dehradun Expressway

As part of its green initiative, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is planning to install solar panels on the elevated sections of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. In addition, NHAI aims to develop vehicle parking spaces and public utility zones along the service road from Akshardham to the Old Yamuna Bridge (Lohe-ka-Pul), wherever land is available. These efforts align with the authority's commitment to promoting sustainability and enhancing commuter convenience.
