The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction of a flyover in Andhra Pradesh, said an official spokesperson, adding that the scope of work in the project involves construction of three-lane flyover on the western side including design with a length of 0.300 km [existing 1098.680 km (before Jyothi Mahal Junction)] and also to design 2.770 km [existing 1096.210 km (beyond Ramesh Hospital Junction)] on NH-16 in Andhra Pradesh. The ₹99.72 crore project will be awarded on EPC and is to be completed in 18 months.
