NHAI Floats Tender for Capital Region Ring Road in Odisha

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction of a six-lane access-controlled Capital Region Ring Road in Odisha.

The 40.7-km stretch, extending from Rameshwar (NH-16) to Bilipada, will be developed under the hybrid annuity model (Package-1) at an estimated cost of ₹1,715.31 crore. The project includes a 30-month construction timeline and a 15-year operation and maintenance period starting from the completion date.
