NCC Secures ₹2,129 Cr Amaravati Infra Project

NCC has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority for infrastructure development in Zone-12 villages of Amaravati Capital City. The contract is valued at ₹2,129.60 crore.

The project includes the construction of roads, drains, water supply, sewage, utility ducts for power and ICT, reuse water lines, and avenue plantation. Awarded on a lumpsum percentage tender basis, the contract has a three-year construction period and a two-year defect liability period (DLP).
