NBCC Signs MoU with UAE’s Pantheon Elysee to Boost India–UAE Infrastructure Collaboration

NBCC (India) Ltd. has signed an MoU with UAE-based Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC to strengthen India–UAE economic cooperation. Pantheon is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate developers, with AED 3 billion worth of upcoming residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Under the agreement, Pantheon will handle project ideation, financing and market development, while NBCC will provide its expertise in engineering, procurement and construction to ensure sustainable and timely delivery. The partnership aims to jointly explore and develop large-scale residential, hospitality and community infrastructure projects across the UAE.

This collaboration aligns with India’s growing global infrastructure footprint and supports enhanced bilateral investment between India and the UAE.
