NBCC Issues Tender for ₹486 Crore Mixed-Use Project in Kerala

NBCC (India) has invited tenders for the development of a mixed-use residential and commercial building at Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala. The project, with an estimated cost of ₹486.39 crore, is part of Phase-1 of the Kerala State Housing Board's (KSHB) Marine Eco City (Plot-A).

To be executed on an EPC basis, the contract includes comprehensive design, engineering, and allied works. The proposed development features a 26-storey tower with lower and upper ground floors, alongside stilt floors designated for car parking.
