NBCC and MTNL Sign MoU to Develop Prime Land in New Delhi

NBCC (India) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 11 September 2024. The collaboration focuses on transforming a 13.88-acre land parcel on Pankha Road, New Delhi, into a residential/commercial space. The project is valued at approximately ₹1,600 crore and will combine the strengths of both organizations to drive the development.
