Nagpur Municipal Corporation Issues Rs 289 Cr Tender to Upgrade Central Zone Sewer System

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has floated a tender for the construction and rehabilitation of a comprehensive sewer network in the Central Zone of Nagpur under Package CP-4. Valued at Rs 289.19 crore, the project aims to modernize and expand the city’s sewage infrastructure to enhance efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The contract will be executed over a 30-month period and is part of NMC’s broader initiative to strengthen Nagpur’s urban infrastructure and improve sanitation standards. Once completed, the upgraded sewer system will significantly boost the city’s sewage management capacity and contribute to cleaner, healthier urban living.
