To provide better connectivity in Manipur, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has laid the foundation stone for 13 highway projects involving an investment of ₹3,000 crore. The projects, which involves the construction of 316 km of highways, will provide smooth transport facilities leading to convenience and economic growth in the state. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh informed that the road construction and infra projects involving a similar amount of investment are in full swing across the state.
