MMRDA kickstarts key infrastructure projects

About a month after work for the infrastructure projects across the city came to a standstill due to the nationwide lockdown, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has resumed work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), informed Joint metropolitan commissioner BG Pawar. Work on the Kalyan Ring Road and the Rajnouli road over bridge at Bhiwandi has commenced and MMRDA has also got the nod to start work on the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL). It has also started work on the Kalanagar flyover. MMRDA has 11,000 laborers at its different project sites said metropolitan commissioner, MMRDA, RA Rajeev.
