Migsun Group, in a joint venture, has decided to build a 103-acre township in Greater Noida and to invest ₹250 crore to construct phase-1 of the project. MD Yash Miglani informed that it bought 37.5-acre IT SEZ project in Greater Noida from Ansal Properties & Infrastructure and inked a joint development agreement with Royal Golf Link City Projects to develop the township. Under phase-1, the company has launched 138 villas, spread over 7-acre of land and 2.5 lakh sq ft high street retail over 2-acre land parcel. The company has sold all the villas and retail shops for around ₹420 crore. The construction work has been started and it is expected to be completed in the next three years.
