MICL Unveils India's Tallest Luxury Residential Tower

Man Infraconstruction (MICL) has launched Avaan Tower 2, a 306-meter residential skyscraper in Tardeo, South Mumbai, set to be India’s tallest ultra-luxury residential building.

Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, the tower features three, four, and five-BHK residences with carpet areas ranging from 1,300 to 3,282 sq. ft., spanning 6,50,000 sq. ft. in total. Offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, Queen’s Necklace, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and the Mumbai skyline, Avaan Tower 2 redefines luxury living in Mumbai.
