Regal Enterprises, a subcontractor of GR Infra, has completed the soil compaction work for a key section of the 354 km Purvanchal Expressway, India's longest road construction project. Machine comfort has helped the operators remain productive through the long shifts, while high vibration performance has allowed work to be completed in fewer phases. Once completed, the Purvanchal Expressway will provide easy access to New Delhi via the 302km Lucknow-Agra Expressway and the 165km Agra-Greater Noida Yamuna Expressway. In addition, the Purvanchal Expressway will also provide uninterrupted connectivity to nine districts including Lucknow, Ghazipur, Amethi, Azamgarh, Faizabad, Barabanki, Mau, Ambedkar Nagar and Sultanpur, said an official spokesperson.
