Haryana Plans 34km Gurgaon-Faridabad Metro Project with 12 Stations

The Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation has unveiled plans for the Gurgaon-Faridabad Metro rail project, featuring a light rail system encompassing twelve strategically positioned stations. Stretching over 34.12 kilometers, the metro route will initiate at Gurgaon's Sector 56 station, traverse through densely populated areas, key commercial hubs in the National Capital Region (NCR), and conclude at Faridabad's Old Faridabad station. This ambitious project aims to seamlessly connect Gurgaon and Faridabad, enhancing transportation options and transforming the travel experience for residents, commuters, and tourists. The metro will pass through significant areas such as Delhi NIT assembly region and Piyali Chowk, with stations strategically located at prominent points in both cities, including Bata Chowk, Sushant Lok, and Vatika Chowk.
