Mahindra Lifespace Wins ₹1,250 Cr Mulund Redevelopment Deal

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, has been appointed as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of St. Pius Ten CHS society in Mulund (West), Mumbai.

The project spans a 3.08-acre land parcel and carries an estimated development value of ₹1,250 crore. This announcement follows the recent launch of Mahindra Codename64, a premium residential project in Malad (West), offering 2BHK and 3BHK homes.
