M3M targets 185-acre realty projects in NCR

In order to make the most out of the emerging business avenues in the NCR region, M3M India, has decided to partner with multiple realty players to separately develop a 185-acre premium land assets in the National Capital Region (NCR), said sources, claiming that the land has a potential of almost 30 million square feet mixed-use development combining residential, commercial and office space. M3M, which is a NCR-based firm, has acquired the land parcel for ₹1,211 crore from the Sahara Group three years ago on Dwarka Expressway—a highway connecting Dwarka in Delhi to Gurgaon in Haryana, and one of the most promising realty markets in the country. Shapoorji Pallonji is in talks with M3M for 20 acres in Dwarka Expressway, where it plans to build residential development with a small portion of retail as well. Sources said that Shapoorji would likely enter into a joint development agreement (JDA) with M3M if a deal is finalized on the other hand director at M3M India, Pankaj Bansal said that the company is looking to collaborate with the right partners.
