In a bid to make the most out of the emerging biz avenues in the realty sector of the country, Lotus Greens, a renowned realtor, is all set to launch two major projects at Noida’s sector 150 – one with Yoo a Hong Kong based realtor and another Shapoorji Pallonji from Mumbai. In addition, two more regional tie-ups with Eldeco and Saha groups have also been signed, Executive Director, Tapan Sangal, said adding that these are corporate deals and the company is an asset manager in each of these; since these are all coming up in a green field area and the task of creating necessary infrastructure including laying out roads, lanes in the sector to help all these projects be feasible, is currently in full swing. The upcoming Shapoorji Pallonji project is a 1200 unit housing initiative; Yoo-Noida is a 876 unit housing project and the Saha joint development tie up is a 712 unit housing project. Yoo-Noida is the second project by Hong Kong based Yoo group in India. The Shapoorji Pallonji project is one of the cheapest ones from the housing major in the country because of the cheap land rates of Noida as compared to Gurugram and Mumbai where they are also present and that all the four new launches are slated for the next month.
