Lintec CSD2500B Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant Strengthens São Paulo’s Road Network

Brazil’s Neovia Engenharia has successfully completed a major pavement restoration project on the Anhanguera and Bandeirantes highways in São Paulo using the Lintec CSD2500B Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant. Supplied by FCG Equipment, Lintec & Linnhoff’s exclusive distributor in Brazil, the plant played a key role in the project commissioned under the CCR Autoban concession.

Spanning key routes between Campinas and Limeira, the project involved milling, resurfacing, and applying a GAP GRADED asphalt layer. The Lintec CSD2500B produced over 350,000 tonnes of high-quality hot mix asphalt, achieving 100% approval in all quality control tests for both machined and applied materials, highlighting the plant’s efficiency and performance.

Despite the challenge of working with commercially sourced aggregates, the plant's advanced systems ensured consistent, high-quality output, all without the need for full-time supervision by the laboratory team. This enabled Neovia to streamline operations while maintaining high production standards throughout the project.
