Recording a major push to its order book, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), an engineering and construction giant, in a statement said that its construction arm has won orders of Rs.15.93 billion across business segments. It further added that its water and effluent treatment wing has bagged Rs.10.58 billion contract from Udaipur Smart City Limited on EPC model. Similarly, another order has been secured from the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Odisha and has also managed to secure an order from the Dholera Industrial City Development Limited. These apart, the company's buildings and factories business won orders of Rs.5.35 billion from a reputed IT major for the construction of an IT park in the heart of Hyderabad city in the downstream south in Talengana.
