Kolte-Patil Developers plans ₹9,000 crore projects across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru over the next 14 months. Pune projects valued at ₹6,400 crore in micro-markets. Mumbai's launch potential expected to reach ₹2,500 crore by FY25, with 70% sales from Pune. Sales guidance targets ₹3,500 crore in FY25 and ₹4,500 crore in FY26.
