Kirby India Doubles Halol Plant Capacity, Reinforces PEB Leadership

Kirby Building Systems India has expanded its Halol facility in Gujarat, boosting its Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) capacity to 100,000 MT per year, up from 50,000 MT. This addition, completed within 15 months since the facility's inauguration in February 2023, brings Kirby India’s total installed capacity to 300,000 MT annually, alongside its Hyderabad and Haridwar plants.
The Halol plant, now equipped with advanced fabrication technologies like CNC laser cutting, drilling, and laser-guided welding, ensures high-quality, timely deliveries. This strategic expansion reaffirms Kirby’s PEB industry leadership, enabling it to offer cost-effective, precision-engineered steel structures that support India's infrastructure growth.
Inaugurated by CEO Mahmoud Samara, the facility is the world’s first PEB plant to achieve Platinum Rated Green Building Certification, underscoring Kirby’s commitment to sustainable construction solutions.
