In a major step to enhance the state's logistics sector

In a major step to enhance the state's logistics sector, the Kerala government has approved the Logistics Park Policy, enabling the development of large-scale and mini-logistics parks through private investment and public-private partnerships.

Under the policy, large-scale logistics parks will be built on a minimum of 10 acres, featuring key infrastructure like cargo handling, inter-modal transfer facilities, and internal road networks. Mini-logistics parks will be developed on five acres, with similar facilities, aimed at improving logistics efficiency across Kerala.
