Kalpataru Limited has signed a redevelopment agreement for Shree Mahalakshmi CHS at a prime location off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. The project spans around 3 acres of land and has a total development potential of about 0.4 million sq ft carpet area, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 1,400 crore.

The redevelopment will involve the construction of approximately 6 lakh sq ft across seven wings, comprising two basements, two podium levels, an E deck and 22 habitable floors. The project will accommodate 242 existing members and offer around 350 saleable residential units.

Strategically located in one of Mumbai’s established residential and commercial micro-markets, the development benefits from strong connectivity to key urban infrastructure, including Azad Nagar Metro Station and Andheri West Metro Station. Major lifestyle and recreational hubs such as Fun Republic Mall and Andheri Sports Complex are also located nearby.

The fully residential project will feature modern amenities and sustainable design, catering to contemporary urban lifestyles. The redevelopment strengthens Kalpataru’s development pipeline and aligns with its strategy to expand redevelopment projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
