Kalpataru Secures Redevelopment Projects in Mumbai

Kalpataru has signed agreements to redevelop two large housing societies in Mumbai—one in Suman Nagar, Chembur, and another in Goregaon. The projects, spanning 7.5 acres, will add over 1.5 million sq. ft. of development, with a revenue potential exceeding ₹2,000 crore.

The Suman Nagar project covers five acres and will feature six towers, with the developer’s share amounting to 4.2 lakh sq. ft. across 350 apartments. The Goregaon project, near Link Road and Bangur Nagar Metro station, will include three towers with 200 apartments, totaling two lakh sq. ft. for sale. Both projects are expected to be completed within 42 months of construction commencement.
