K Raheja Corp plans to transform SOBO Central Mall
K Raheja Corp plans to transform SOBO Central Mall, India's first mall, into a luxury residential project, according to sources familiar with the matter. Located on a 1.3-acre site in the prime Haji Ali area, the redevelopment envisions a 50-storey sea-view luxury tower with a development potential of nearly 250,000 sq ft.

Given the prevailing property prices in the area, the project is projected to generate revenue exceeding ₹2,000 crore.
