The state government in Jharkhand has recently launched 21 projects at Khelgaon area of the state and on this score, it had earlier signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with investors during Momentum Jharkhand, its ambitious campaign in February to attract investment from both within and outside the country. The projects are together expected to draw investments of about Rs.700 crore. In the first case, three warehouses located in areas like Nagri, Bokaro, and Gumla, were launched. The foundation for a Hotwar-based commercial park worth Rs.200 crore was also laid and the state government is working on the lines of the Prime Minister's Make in India drive. This event marks the beginning of realization of Make in Jharkhand dream, said an official spokesperson.
