The upcoming Noida International Airport is expected to significantly boost commercial real estate growth in Noida, according to Colliers India.

Vimal Nadar, National Director and Head of Research at Colliers India, said the airport’s launch will unlock long-term real estate development across key catchment areas, particularly along the Noida Expressway, while also improving connectivity with Gurugram and Delhi through ongoing infrastructure projects.

He added that residential markets in micro-markets such as Yamuna Expressway and Greater Noida are likely to see increased traction, especially in the mid-income and luxury segments.

On the commercial front, the airport is expected to attract global occupiers, strengthening Noida’s office market. Colliers estimates an annual demand of 2–3 million sq ft of Grade A office space in the coming years, accounting for nearly one-fourth of total leasing activity in Delhi NCR from 2026 onwards.
