In a major push to the housing sector in Rajasthan, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved four new housing schemes. Under the new schemes, a total of 1250 plots have been created under which, in Gajadharpura's Gajadhar Nagar village, 496 plots of 42 sq.m to 120 sq.m will be created. In tehsil Jaipur for Dharam Vihar housing schemes, upto 300 plots will be created which will be 92 sq.m to 162 sq.m. Kesar Vihar housing scheme in Sanganer tehsil was approved in which 269 plots were created which will be up to 45 sq. m to 72 sq.m and in Bhabhoriya's Deendayal Nagar, blueprints are approved in which 189 plots will be created for 120 sq.m to 220 sq.m. With the housing plans many development works were also given a green signal, said official sources.
