IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, along with its sponsored InvITs—IRB InvIT Fund (Public InvIT) and IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT)—has reported a 9% year-on-year growth in toll revenue for October 2025, compared to October 2024.

Starting October 2025, the company’s toll revenue report will also include figures from the Public InvIT, following an additional investment of Rs 753 crore by IRB Infra through preferential allotment during its recent fund raise in November 2025. The funds were raised under the company’s Asset Rotation Strategy, which involved transferring three Private InvIT assets to the Public InvIT.

The combined toll revenue of all three entities in October 2025 stood at Rs 682 crore, up from Rs 624 crore in October 2024.

Amitabh Murarka, Dy. CEO of the IRB Infra said, “After a strong performance in the first half of FY26, the third quarter has also commenced on a positive trajectory. October 2025 witnessed robust toll revenue growth across all our assets under IRB Infra and our two sponsored InvITs, despite the impact of an extended monsoon. With the extended monsoon season now behind us, we expect the momentum in traffic growth to continue in the coming months.”
