IRB Infra wins Rs.3,465 cr road projects

Adding to its project portfolio in the country’s road and highway sector, IRB Infrastructure Developers, which is a renowned infra builder in the country’s road and highway sector, has recently won two road contracts entailing a whopping investment worth Rs. 3,465 crore. The company, which secured the project in a consortium with Modern Road Makers Private Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has recently been emerged as a preferred bidder for the projects on the hybrid annuity model in the state of Tamil Nadu. According to official sources, the company‘s total bid for the projects stands at winning score with a construction period of 730 days and the operation period is 15 years. Besides these, its construction order book stands at Rs10,000 crore and all the contracts are to be executed in the next three years, they added.
