Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP), an integrated warehousing platform for fund and development, has partnered with GRT Group to develop two 'Grade-A' warehousing projects in Tamil Nadu. These projects will cover a total area of 2.6 million sq ft and require an investment of Rs 700 crore. Each of these parks will be spread over approximately 60 acres of land, with a development potential of around 1.3 million sq. ft. Anshul Singhal, Managing Director of Welspun One Logistics Parks, stated that this partnership marks their first-ever joint venture and will drive their ambitious plans in southern India. The collaboration is not only focused on a common business objective but is also built on shared values of integrity and transparency, which have helped them establish strong relationships.
